About

1. What wedding planning services do you offer?
We offer Full Planning, Partial Planning, and Wedding Management, with custom planning packages available when a celebration requires a different level of support.
It depends on where you are in the planning process and how much you would like to manage yourselves. During your initial consultation, we’ll learn what’s already in place and recommend the level of support that makes the most sense.
Our Wedding Management services currently start at $1,850, Partial Planning at $4,250, and Full Planning at $8,000. Final pricing is based on the scope and needs of your wedding.
Thom & Co Weddings is based in Las Vegas and plans weddings throughout Southern California and select destinations. We’re happy to travel when the right celebration takes us elsewhere.
For Full Planning, earlier is better so we can guide the major decisions from the beginning. If you’ve already started planning, Partial Planning or Wedding Management can allow our team to step in later in the process.

Planning Your Wedding

1. What does a wedding planner actually do?
A wedding planner helps guide the decisions that happen long before the wedding day. Depending on the level of service, that can include budgeting, vendor sourcing, design, logistics, timelines, guest experience, and overseeing the wedding itself.
A planner is involved in shaping and organizing the wedding throughout the planning process. Coordination typically focuses on executing plans that have already been made. Our Wedding Management service is designed for couples who are comfortable planning independently but want professional support preparing for and managing the wedding day.
Many couples begin approximately 12–18 months before their wedding, particularly when venue or vendor availability is important. Shorter timelines are absolutely possible; they simply require decisions to happen more quickly.
Often, yes. A venue coordinator primarily represents the venue and manages the elements it is responsible for. Your wedding planner works on behalf of you and your overall celebration, bringing the venue, vendors, timeline, design, and logistics together.
Very little if you’re considering Full Planning. A general idea of your guest count, budget, preferred location, and what matters most to you gives us a useful starting point. Part of our role is helping you work through the decisions that haven’t been made yet.
A day-of coordinator typically steps in shortly before the wedding to execute plans you’ve already made. Our Wedding Management service begins earlier, giving us time to understand your plans, review logistics, build the wedding-day timeline, communicate with your vendors, and identify anything that still needs attention. By the time the wedding arrives, we’re not simply stepping in for the day—we already understand how everything is meant to come together.

1. Do you plan weddings outside of Las Vegas?
Yes. We plan weddings throughout Las Vegas, Southern California, and select destinations. Travel requirements are discussed as part of the proposal so you understand any additional costs before moving forward.
Yes. We have experience with multicultural and multi-day celebrations and approach traditions by first understanding what they mean to you and your families. We work with you to determine how those traditions should be incorporated rather than assuming there is one way they should be done.
Yes. Design is incorporated into our planning services based on the scope of your package. We begin by understanding your preferences and priorities, then develop a direction that helps the visual decisions throughout the wedding feel connected.
Absolutely. If you’ve already assembled part of your vendor team, we’ll review what is in place and work alongside them. You don’t need to start over simply because you’re bringing a planner into the process.
We’ll review the details you share and schedule a conversation to learn more about your wedding, where you are in the planning process, and what kind of support you’re looking for. From there, we’ll recommend the appropriate service and provide a proposal outlining the scope and investment.
