About Us
BUILT FROM A LOVE OF BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER
Thom & Co Weddings began as a mother-daughter business and has grown through years of planning celebrations together.
Founded by Paige Thom alongside her mom, Christy, the company was built on a shared love of creative events and the belief that weddings should reflect the people at the center of them.
Today, Paige leads Thom & Co Weddings, while Christy continues as Lead Designer, bringing her creative perspective and years of experience to each celebration. Together, they’ve developed an approach that starts with listening, gives couples experienced guidance, and leaves room for every wedding to become distinctly its own.

FROM WEDDINGS BY LEIGH TO THOM & CO
What began as Weddings by Leigh grew alongside us. As our work expanded and Paige took the lead in shaping its next chapter, Thom & Co became a better reflection of the company we had become.
The name Thom comes from Paige’s family name, connecting where the company started with where it is going. Today, Paige leads the company and planning experience, with Christy continuing as Lead Designer, a natural evolution of the mother-daughter partnership that started it all.
Years of planning weddings and special events have taught us that the strongest celebrations rarely come from following a formula. They come from listening well, making thoughtful decisions, and having an experienced team who understands how all the pieces need to work together.
